Driving.

Tyler is always giving me a good laugh! I forget most of the little things, but this one I remembered:

Ty and I were driving to McDonald's to get after-dinner ice cream. I was putting him into his carseat and I threw my keys on the driver's seat. I buckled him in and make my way to the driver's side and get in. As I am fumbling to find my key, Tyler says "You going to put the key in the drive hole, Mommy?" I started laughing loudly!! "Yes, into the drive hole (AKA ignition) Tyler!", I replied. Where does he come up with this stuff?

Tyler often says, "I can do it ALLLL BYYYYY MYYYYSEEEELLLLFFFF!". Independence. Not sure if I'm ready for it. :)

He has recently started calling me "Mommy" instead of "Mama", and he calls Travis "Daddy" instead of "Dada". Just more evidence that he is growing up too quickly. This is such a fun and curious time in Tyler's life. I just love it. It comes with challenges, but I love watching him grow and learn.
